Seaventures Dive Rig Resort began life as an offshore oil rig built by Petronas in Panama.
After it stopped operating in 1985, the rig was left unused in Singapore. Seeing its potential, an entrepreneur bought the rig and converted it into a unique dive resort near the famous Sipadan and Mabul islands. You dive to world-class sites around Sipadan and Mabul, Kapalai or right from the rig, straight into a rich house reef with unlimit dives before 6pm.
